Our bodies are the vessel by which we move through the world. Our bodies allow us to do, to be, to share. It is always working for us, heart beating, lungs breathing, digestive system digesting - all without our effort. It just does. Our bodies though, need our attention. Our bodies want us to care for it, to love it and appreciate it. Yoga Postures (asanas) are a a perfect way to connect and support your body. There are lots of types of yoga. Hot yoga, aligment yoga, yoga that flows like a dance. There are also lots of yoga teachers each with their own style. My style is to help you find your style. Not a yoga book picture perfect pose, but the pose that is right for your body, right now. I offer several different types of classes. Classes that are gentle, ones that are good if you have an injury, and ones that are more powerful and have more movement.
