I am SUPER EXCITED to announce the offering of my first Helena, MT series. I have been blessed to partner with a FANTASTIC yoga studio here in Helena, Gentle Healing Wellness Center. They offer just my kind of yoga, a yoga that is accessible to everyone, not just bendy healthy people, but folks of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.
