The Gardener New Moon at 24 degrees Taurus May 15, 2018 at 4:48am Hello Friends,
I apologize for the late deliver of this New Moon Interpretation. This New Moon was full of changes and sudden surprises. The good news is that whatever has been set in motion now is likely to take root. The theme I chose for this New Moon was The Gardener, mostly because it was in Taurus and Taurus is about being fully embodied for the purpose of enjoying our lives. When I look out at our garden, which is now suddenly bursting forth in bloom and exploding with change, much like our New Moon, I remind myself that all that beauty was just lying dormant a few months ago and now it is the time for it to spring forth. The scent of the wisteria that blooms on our front porch, smells like honey, reminding me to savory this sudden change and bloom because it won’t last. Soon those blooms will fade and the garden will change again, bringing something new. The Gardener truly understand that even though you can’t see something doesn’t mean it is not waiting for the right moment to come forth and also whatever blooms will eventually fade and die away, returning again to the dormancy in the soil. The Gardener also understand that all this does take some effort on our part. The soil does need to be tended, enriched with compost, weeds removed. During the blooming period, there is more weeding, so the weeds don’t choke out the plants we want to flourish and then there is the watering, yes, the constant watering that happens in the summer. Changes that we want to take root take a similar level of commitment. We must be vigilant against the weeds that encroach on our new habit and we need to nourish those changes with attention and support. Whatever new change that has happened for you this New Moon, be sure to continue to cultivate it, weed out those things that seek to destroy your efforts and nourish yourself as you unfold in your new role or experience. I have been unfolding into a new life myself lately. Being very busy with my other work, bookkeeping for a few non-profit local businesses as well as getting settled into my new role as Studio Manager at Village Green Yoga. It has taken all of my energy, so this month I did not have time to do my own New Moon interpretation. Instead, I’m including a link to an interpretation, that I though was spot on. You can read it by clicking here. Also, I had to move the New Moon Mandala to this coming weekend, if you are available I’d love to have you join us! You can see the flyer here. I didn't know Taurus is a gardener. I guess there is still so much to learn in Astrology. I don't see the point why would ancient religions ban the study of such. It's way more interesting than any other subjects. Can't they all see that all this time, all that religions have been trying to do is dumb us down? Don't you think it's about time for us to listen to what our hearts are telling us not just rely too much on man made rules which are obviously written for the good of only a privileged few?

Thank you! The energies of Taurus can manifest in many ways, The Gardener is just one. Yes, I do tend to agree with you. However, I believe many seek the safety of rules. Also it is much easier to blame someone or something than it is to take responsibility for your own choices and their outcomes. Blessings!
