Hello Friends, Welcome to November and fall. I know technically, fall began at the Equinox in September, but for me, fall doesn’t really start until – well the leaves start to fall! The colors are amazing right now, especially at deep lake. If you haven’t had a chance yet to go there and check it, you should before all the rain and wind knocks all the leaves down. Below are my offerings for this November. I have a couple of special highlights this month too: SoHaPP’s: Habits for Happiness 5 month program kicks off this month. You may have seen an introductory article in the Courier Herald last month. November’s theme is Gratitude. You can find out more about the neuro science why Gratitude is so important for mental health at SoHaPP.org and there will be two FREE library events this month you may want to check out too. November 4, Saturday: Expressing Gratitude Facilitated by me! With guest speaker George Coulbourn from Black Diamond.
