Full Moon, August 1
New Moon, August 16
Yoga Camp Retreat
It has been a long, long time since I have posted anything, and I apologize for that. Many of you know that I used to post bi-monthly astrology forecasts for the New and Full Moon. But then I discovered this amazing astrologer, Anne Reith and her readings are SO good it didn’t make sense for me to do my own. I highly recommend getting your New and Full Moon interpretation from here. Here is the link: https://annereith.com/full-moon-in-aquarius-august-1-2023/.
I’m bringing this to your attention as the upcoming Full Moon tomorrow (August 1) and the New Moon on August 16th are powerful ones. Tomorrow’s Full Moon involves Leo and Aquarius, energies that speak to radiant radical self-love, being of service and innovation. There is a lot of activity going on so you will want to read Anne Reith’s blog to get her input, but I want to share with you today that if you have been struggling with moving forward now is the time. If you have been struggling with caring for yourself in a way that allows you to be a bright star in this sometimes-gloomy world – now is the time. You don’t have to make a huge leap, just one step is enough – but move forward. After all, you cannot serve or be innovative if you are depleted.
Also, in the last several blogs Anne Reith has been discussing Venus in retrograde as a rare opportunity to dive deeply into yourself – Remember Dive Deep to Ascend? Now is the time, to stop, to listen, to go inside to hear your true heart’s desire. Remember that radiant self-love, filling your cup up so you can shine and be of service to others. That happens when you are following your own heart’s desire. Not what someone else thinks your heart’s desire should be, but your own true heart’s desire.
The New Moon on August 16th will also be powerfully in Leo, radiant radical self love. You cannot be a leader, a bright star if you are not tending and caring for yourself. That may mean kicking your own but to eat healthier and work out, drawing clear boundaries or removing toxic relationships or allowing yourself to take a nap in the middle of the day. Each of us are in a different place, and each of us need a different kind of self-love.
What better way to love yourself and sink into silence to hear your heart’s desire than a sweet yoga retreat? I am so deeply privileged to be part of an AMAZING community of yogis here in Helena, MT and we are going to Yoga Camp!
